I am Jesús Mulero, a passionate chef concerning gastronomic creativity and signature cuisine.
Cooking was my passion since I was a child and that it led me towards professional training until I achieved my desire. I was trained at the University of Barcelona, the Alicia Foundation, the Villaro Cooking School and Bell Art, among many others.
For 20 years I have managed prestigious hotels in Portugal, Belgium, Brazil and in different parts of Spain as executive chef.
Now, I have decided to open the doors at the Fuenteplateada Inn in order to to run my own business, turning to Fuenteplateada to an excelent standard, unique and familiar place.
My team and me will provide an unforgettable experience in the Fuenteplateada Inn, not just clients but like friends.
